Dear colleagues!

We invite you to participate in the International Conference “Scientific and Methodological Foundations of Psychological Assistance and Interdisciplinary Support for the Resocialization, Rehabilitation, and Readaptation of Veterans and Combat Participants, Their Family Members, and Other Affected Population Groups,” which will be held on November 20, 2026, in Moscow at the Federal Scientific Center for Psychological and Interdisciplinary Research. The Conference is held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (Agreement No. 075-15-2024-526).

The Conference aims to bring together the efforts of researchers and practitioners working in the fields of psychological, medical, social, educational, and legal support for the resocialization of and psychological assistance to veterans and combat participants, their family members, and other affected population groups.

The Conference will focus on the scientific foundations and innovative technologies of comprehensive interdisciplinary rehabilitation designed to facilitate the effective integration of individuals into society, strengthen resilience, promote personal well-being and creative self-realization, and foster a responsible civic Russian identity.

The Conference will conclude with the adoption of a Resolution of the Third International Conference, developed with the participation of leading experts in the field of scientific foundations for innovative strategies, technologies, and methods of comprehensive medical, psychological, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation, habilitation, readaptation, resocialization, and psychological assistance for combat participants, their family members, and other affected population groups. The Resolution will include research-based practical recommendations for specialists, as well as proposals for federal and municipal legislative and executive authorities, relevant institutions, and organizations.
