Terms of participation
Participation Formats (in-person or online):
- Presentation of an oral report;
- Publication of an article in the digital conference proceedings (Russian Science Citation Index) with an ISBN assignment.
All conference participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. No registration fee is required. Travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the participants themselves.
Conference working languages: Russian, English.
Abstract submission guidelines
Only original research papers that are ready for publication and require no revisions will be accepted. The total length should be 2,000–4,000 characters including spaces, including accompanying materials such as the reference list and keywords.
The text must be prepared using Microsoft Word and saved in *.doc or *.rtf format. Page margins: 2 cm on all sides; font: Times New Roman, 12 pt; line spacing: single; alignment: justified; first-line paragraph indent: 1.25 cm; page orientation: portrait. Manual hyphenation should be avoided.
Each author may participate in one individual paper and up to three co-authored papers, with no more than five authors per paper.
On the first page, the title should be centered and typed in uppercase letters. It should be followed by the authors’ details: initials and surname, institutional affiliation (place of employment or study), city, country, and e-mail address. Keywords should then be provided with justified alignment.
The main text should follow, after a blank line, with justified alignment, followed by the reference list. Information about grants or other sources of funding should be provided in the footer of the first page.
Keywords. Provide 5–7 words or phrases, written in lowercase and separated by commas, that most accurately reflect the content of the abstract. No full stop should be placed at the end.
Main text. The text should be divided into sections (paragraphs) at the authors’ discretion. Sections should not be numbered. Further subdivision into second- and third-level headings is not recommended. There should be no more than one space between words. The use of italics, underlining, or bold type in the main text is not permitted. Abstracts must not contain figures or tables.
Funding. Provide information about the project under which the research was carried out.
References. Bibliographic references should be formatted in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008 and should include no more than 5 sources. The reference list should appear at the end of the abstract in alphabetical order; references should not be numbered.
References to sources in the text should be given in the following format: (Leontiev, 1983; Vygotsky, 1986; Van der Kolk, 2005), indicating the author’s surname and year of publication. For direct quotations, the page number should also be indicated: (Leontiev, 1983, p. 19). For multi-volume publications, the total number of volumes must be indicated, rather than only the number of the volume cited.
For references to online publications, the resource on which the article or book was published must be specified (website, online portal, etc.). All sources included in the reference list must be cited in the text.
Reference formatting:
- Chapter in an edited book: Author. Title of chapter // Title of book / Ed. by …. City, year.
- Journal article: Author. Title of article // Journal (standard abbreviated title). Year. Volume. Issue (No.). Pages. DOI
- Dissertation: Author. Title of dissertation: Cand. Sc. dissertation in Psychology. City, year.
- Online resource: Author. Title of work. URL: address.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject materials for publication if they do not comply with the conference scope and academic standards, the formatting requirements, or the submission deadlines.
